4. Have one tiny plant-based ritual that keeps you from going full-goblin. It doesnt have to be here, go and find your jam.
It doesn’t need candles, chanting or spiritual certification. Just one small “reset” moment that your nervous system recognises.

Some people use breath-work. Some use prayer. Some use… a discreet bottle of botanical assistance that we are legally not describing in detail.
