Returns

We want you to love what you receive. If something isn’t quite right, we offer a 30-day return window from the day your order arrives.

Eligibility

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received: unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

How to start a return

Simply email us at scottalot@tutanota.com with your order number and a short note. We’ll take it from there.

Once your return is approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label along with clear instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval won’t be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Some items can’t be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food)

  • Custom or personalised products

  • Personal care and beauty products

We also don’t accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

If you’re unsure whether your item is eligible, just reach out before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different item, the fastest option is to return your original purchase. Once the return is approved, you can place a new order for what you’d prefer.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

For orders shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason.

Items must be unused, with tags attached, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the transaction.
